Rug Doctor is proud to be the worldwide leaders in carpet and upholstery care.
I was asked to rebrand Rug Doctor, an already successful and well known NZ brand. An extensive consumer insights project was started to understand the needs of the customer. The branding involved signage, stands for the stores, instruction labels for the carpet cleaning machine, newsletter, marketing and sales material, stationary and packaging.
